Offering effective protection from midges and mosquitoes from the waist up, this Midge Jacket is ideal for fishermen, walkers, gardeners and others exposed to midges for any length of time. The head and face shield can be removed and stored in the jacket's zipped pouch pocket if desired. It can be worn over a vest or T shirt in warm weather or over a coat in cold or wet weather.
The jacket comes complete with a stuff sack for storage when not in use.
The jacket is made with Ultra Fine 100% polyester fabric to keep even the smallest of insects out. The fabric is comfortable to wear and when the hood is down it is a fairly inconspicuous form of insect protection. The jacket is based on a hoody design and the fabric a pleasant olive colour.
